You Can Be In The New Catherine Trailer I Think?

Along with the ever interesting amounts of information and pictures that we can post about Catherine, we’ve got another oddly awesome tidbit of news regarding the antics of Vincent, some sheep and possibly you. It’s not Vincent, but Aram Jabbari, Manager of PR and Sales at Atlus speaking to us about the game as per usual and then he says something unexpected “We want to make a trailer where we can include your answers to some heavy questions,” these being:

1) Do you want to get married?

2) If so, and you happen to be seeing someone at the moment, to them?

3) If not, why?

So, why are we answering these questions to some PR guy that we don’t personally know?

Well, it seems you have a chance to be in the next Catherine trailer…using…these questions or something. I’m not really all that sure how the hell this is supposed to work or what Atlus is trying to accomplish here, but it sounds awesome in concept, right? Right?

Anyway, here’s the video and Aram Jabbari talking to you about why Catherine will be awesome:

They’ll be taking video responses that are within the constraints of being 720p, U.S. and Canadian residents only, you must be 18 years or older and it must be uploaded before 5:00 p.m. PDT on April 22, 2011. It seems that they holding a short deadline for this trailer so we might be able to expect the final project out pretty soon(?). In my morning haze I’m honestly having trouble comprehending what on Earth any of this could possibly mean considering we’ve never seen something like this before.

Sure, we’ve seen competitions to see one’s name in the game, but never a YouTube video response based competition where you answer personal questions about marriage and relationships.
