Scrolls Team at Mojang Begin Behind the Scenes Documentary Series

The Scrolls lawsuit has put a cloud over both the release of Skyrim and the state of indie gaming in general. Thankfully, the trial now rests in a satisfying legal state, at least according to the general consensus. So, to celebrate, let’s enjoy a pleasant behind the scenes look into the game that caused all the ruckus. Working with Mojang, 2 Player Productions has released the first video in the Making of Scrolls documentary.

The majority of the feature was recorded during the Making of Minecraft feature, and now that Scrolls nears completion/has become so topical, the Making of Scrolls has been released to the internet. In this portion of the film, we get a small introduction to the game, discussion on the inevitable comparisons to Minecraft, and the first bit of legal troubles.

There’s no word from 2 Player Productions on the total length of the documentary, but it promises to be an informative and interesting look inside one of gaming’s most popular developers.
